Tim began his career over 35 years ago as a Fire Alarm Systems Sale and Design Engineer with Honeywell. Since then, he has led a successful career in both Sales, Operations, Upper level management with large companies, including PSI, Sonitrol, and ADT. His passion for providing business owners and managers with leading edge solutions that help their bottom line is second to none. Exceeding customer expectations is what drives Mr. Hieter.

Mitchell creates a solution for your business, regardless of the problem. After graduating from Grand Canyon University, he spent three years at Glanbia Performance Nutrition where he acquired valuable skills in customer service, logistics, sales, and business finance. He also is an accomplished Eagle Scout that fits right in, starting as a level 1 technician and eager to take iTech to the next level. He already is the Creative Solutions Specialist! Mitchell is excited to earn his Alarm Company Operator’s license, in hopes of saving our great customers some money from the blood sucking corporations.
